CuddleTidy products are designed for everyday home use.

We provide a 30-day limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us at cuddletidy@hotmail.com with your order number and photos.

Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
