Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from CuddleTidy.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at cuddletidy@hotmail.com and include your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Items that have been used, washed, or altered cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your
original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it for you.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
